With us, you are in safe hands. We will get you the embroidery that will make you love your car even more. Guaranteed! Here's how:
All our embroideries are made with our computer programs optimized for the fabrics we use and we guarantee that the embroidery you will get from us will be exactly the same as the pictures you see on our website.
All custom orders will be pre-embroidered on the chosen material for Your approval. ONLY AFTER you approve the result, your goods will be embroidered and shipped to you.
- SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All complete orders (with all embroidery details adequately described and confirmed, including the design, size, colours and any other information applicable including the embroidered matrerial make and year model, leather and thread colors) will be shipped out within 4 business days of receiving the materials to be embroidered. We will confirm your order and send you an email stating an estimated shipping date. When your products are shipped, we`ll notify you in a separate email.
The embroidered parts are shipped from Poland, that`s in Central Europe, via priority mail. They should arrive within 10-12 business days since they are dispatched. It`s a very good shipping method, that's proved very reliable and secure for over 10 years now, however does not provide tracking number.
You will receive a white padded A4 envelope with your embroidered products inside. Please note that we send them registered and insured. Your post office will require your release signature, hence if you aren`t home when the mailman arrives, they will leave you a ticket with information where to pick up your package.
The ticket is easy to misplace among all the commercial mail junk that hits our mailboxes on a daily basis, so please be careful before you throw your mail away.
All our products are custom made to order. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with the embroidered goods you have received, please contact us. We guarantee the right to replace the received products with another ones free of charge if they differ from what is shown on our website or was approved by you as a custom order. In such situation, we will also reimburse the cost of shipping them back to us.
We do not accept returns unless there is a problem with the product itself. We can only make exceptions in some cases if the embroidered products you have ordered are either black/black or black/red replacements for stock items (headrest covers, armrest covers) with a popular car make/model logo (Honda, BMW, Corvette, etc.) embroidered as these combinations are very common. In such cases, there is a 25% re-stocking fee. We`re quite proud to say, however, that a return of this kind has NEVER happened before.
